We loved this hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of food. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Faaker lake and has easy transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though there were some language barriers.

The hotel does not cater well to non, German speaking guests, as most of the staff and materials are only available in German. They charge for Wi, Fi as well, which is inconvenient for modern travelers.

Being in the region of Carinthia was great during Christmas. The location was perfect as it was near the A2 highway and only a few minutes' drive from Italy. The hotel had an indoor swimming pool which was nice.
The lack of English was not enjoyable. The hotel's website, "house rules" handout and even the form for dinner meal selection were only in German.
